Getting Started on a DDMS System

Your DDMS system is a powerful and flexible tool for automating your distribution business. To help you take advantage of all your system has to offer, DDMS offers a comprehensive training program called Let's Get Started.

We designed Let's Get Started principally for new customers who are preparing to go live. (Going live means beginning to use your system for real business operations.) This training program is also valuable for dealers who are already live—it's a great tool for training new employees.

New customers will be assigned a New Customer Coordinator, who will guide them through the entire process of going live, making weekly calls to help dealers work through the implementation process.

Let's Get Started Tutorials

The core of the Let's Get Started program is a set of browser-based tutorials. These tutorials teach you the basics of each database and application, and walk you through the implementation process. New customers have these tutorials installed on their systems, but we also make the Let's Get Started tutorials available online, for the convenience of any dealer who wants to use them.
