Creating a Laundry List
This brief video demonstrates how to set up and use laundry lists in Order Entry. Laundry Lists can automatically display in Order Entry, to allow your Order Entry personnel to view each customer's frequently purchased items. It makes it easier to provide upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and better customer service when your staff is on the phone with your customers.
