DDMS Version 8.14.46 is available on request as of Wednesday, May 22, 2008. This maintenance release addresses the following software issues:
For machine and equipment dealers:
- Error Updating Index When Closing Call. Corrected so when closing a service call and the Recap dialog box opens, the system displays a more specific error message to pinpoint why the system may be unable to update indices. Previously in 8.13.40, the Recap dialog box displayed blank times and dates and displayed the error, "Unable to Update Z-INDEX/Z-D-INDEX" after continuing past this dialog box. (53720)
- Clearing Responses on Complete/Bill. Corrected Machine Work Orders so when completing and billing a service, the system properly updates the Z-RESPNS file; in 8.14.42, the system was not clearing Responses. (53979)

NOTE: Some of the issues listed in personalized announcements may have previously been resolved in 8.14.43 (including 42643, 53350, 53927, 54024, 54054, and 54094), released on April 23rd.
