What's New in Dealer Station and is.D-Force 7.3.5
Date: Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007
Dear Dealer Station® and is.D-Force® Customers:
We will load version 7.3.5 onto your Web storefront servers Friday, Sept. 21, 2007. The update will be performed during evening hours between 10 PM and 6 AM Eastern Time.
Version 7.3.5 is a maintenance release that, pending final testing, includes the following changes:
- Corrected a recent issue with Order History so that users can view all order details without the display affecting the navigation menu. (#3419sf, 3436sfm)
- Enhanced the PSN Monitor pages in the Admin Control Panel to display new codes that various vendors may return. We added 87005, 87513, and 84513 to indicate successful P/O transmission, but the vendor system has not yet provided an acknowledgement. We also added 87520 to indicate successful transmission to place an order on hold. The lack of these codes previously caused PSN Monitor to display these successfully-coded transmissions as failed (red); they should now display green. (#3445)
Your Web storefront will be unavailable during these maintenance periods. You can schedule your site to be Offline for Maintenance by following these simple steps:
- Log into your site’s Administrative Control Panel, and click Automatic.
- In the Automatically Shut Site Off for Maintenance box, enter the time to go offline, using a 24-hour clock.
- In the Automatically Turn Site Back On, enter the time to go back online.
- Click Update Site Status.
- Under Site Text, you can customize the Down for Maintenance message that will display at the top of the window and that your customers see if they login during the maintenance period.
Note: All server times are Eastern. For example, if you wish to turn off the site at 9:30 PM Eastern, add 12 hours for PM and type 21:30.
For more detailed instructions, see your Admin Manual.
We hope this information is helpful!
Sincerely,
ECi Technical Support
