DDMS Project Report and Release News

Your DDMS® product management and development teams work continuously to enhance Ensite Pro ™ and related products. Eight DDMS Product Managers are responsible for consulting with the DDMS Executive Advisory Committee, prioritizing and designing the new features you need to stay ahead of the competition.

To give you faster access to the latest features, without ever having to load beta software, we now distribute software updates on an accelerated schedule:

  • Maintenance releases (such as Ensite Pro 8.14.43) are available on request frequently, about every eight weeks.
  • Major releases (such as Ensite Pro 8.15) are available on request every few months.
  • General releases (such as Ensite Pro 8.0) are shipped automatically to all current DDMS customers every year or two.

From 2004 to the present, this page gives you links to the various release news announcements. From 2002-2003, the DDMS Project Report email newsletter highlighted features and enhancements about which our Product Managers were most excited.

Ensite EBS (Enterprise Business System)

A new enterprise-class business system (EBS) programming architecture has been instituted in some Ensite Pro applications. Utilizing Microsoft's latest SQL Server database architecture and the Microsoft C# (pronounced See Sharp) for .NET programming framework, EnsiteEBS offers a more intuitive user experience, improved enterprise scaling and more.

Graphical Status

Ensite Pro's graphical user interface continues to grow and improve at a rapid pace. To keep you informed of these changes, The Status of Ensite Pro™ Graphical Software page presents the latest features, indicating which modules you can now access through Ensite Pro, and which modules will be coming soon.
