Please Update Your Address Books

Dear ECi DDMS, Maytech, and UBC Customers:

Effective Saturday, April 25, 2009, ECi is instituting a new email domain for all employees: @ecisolutions.com.

Rest assured, this email domain change does not affect any ECi Web storefronts, Private Supply Network, or other customer services hosted separately at our Data Center.

Redirecting @eci2.com to @ecisolutions.com

All emails and replies to employees @eci2.com will be redirected to their new @ecisolutions.com addresses.

No More Delivery to @DDMS, @maytech, or @ubc

After 10 years of transition to @eci2.com, any remaining employees’ email addresses ending with @DDMS.com, @maytech.com, and @ubc.com are being retired completely. Emails and replies to @DDMS.com, @maytech.com, and @ubc.com addresses will no longer be delivered.

Action Requested: Please Update Addresses

Please update your address books by removing any email addresses that end @DDMS.com, @maytech.com, and @ubc.com.

The @eci2.com e-mail addresses will continue to be valid. To ensure you continue to receive important communications about your ECi products, services, and support please leave @eci2.com e-mail addresses in your address books, "safe lists," and/or "white lists."

Technical Support

For DDMS and Web Storefronts, the ECi Customer Support Portal (https://support.ECiSolutions.com) will continue to be available, as well as the support email address (ddmssupport@ecisolutions.com) and toll-free phone line (800-366-4778).

For Maytech support issues, you may email sdsddmssupport@ecisolutions.com or call 1-866-653-9255 ext. 501.

For UBC/COPAS support issues, you may email ubc@eci2.com or call 800-923-4822.
