Times when ASP Servers Are Available

All the times on this page refer to your local time zone unless otherwise indicated. For OPUS Quarterly Updates, see Server Availability for the ASP servers, is.D-Force™ server, Distributor Station™ server, and Dealer Station® Canada server.
Servers are available seven days a week from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Your employees and customers can use the site any time during these business hours (unless the servers are undergoing critical software or hardware maintenance, or quarterly item updates).
Server maintenance:
We have updated, detailed tables to help you determine the best day and time to begin quarterly O/PUS Updates for your time zone. Note: the schedules for backup, reboot, and enabling/disabling SIMPLE have changed.

Servers are available seven days per week from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Your employees and customers can use the site any time during these hours unless the servers are undergoing critical software or hardware maintenance.
ASP Server maintenance:
For most ASP subscribers (see *Exceptions on the following page), no one can access the service during these times:

| Loading O/PUS Item File Updates |
You determine the schedule. (To estimate how long the procedure will take, please see Estimating How Long the Update Will Take.) Because loading O/PUS updates is a dedicated procedure, no employees may use your system until it's finished. |
| O/PUS SIMPLE Disabled |
To prevent ASP server downtime while customers are processing orders, we have disabled the O/PUS SIMPLE program on the ASP servers between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday (with a few exceptions* noted below). |
ASP customers: Look up your ASP server's availability for O/PUS Updates
For example, dealers in the Mountain time zone can run SIMPLE to load their O/PUS Updates Monday through Friday between 3:15 am and 6:30 am, or from 1 pm to 8 pm, or Saturday any time after 2:45 am, or any time Sunday, so long as none of your employees or customers is using the system during the O/PUS Update.
