ASP Service FAQs

Run your business from any place, at any time—over the Internet. DDMS® as application service provider (ASP) lets you rent eNsite Pro through a hosted solution. It's the same leading-edge software you'd install at your site, with all the cost-saving features you expect. The difference is that instead of owning a server with the software installed on it, you access your software through a web browser. We handle chores like upgrading software and daily backups for you. Other chores, like quarterly item file updates, we make much simpler.

Determining Which Pricing Plans to Load for ASP (pdf) Before you load an O/PUS update, you need to find out from your vendor which pricing plans you should load. This document explains what you need to ask your vendor, where to find your pricing files and loading programs, and when to process them. (file: opuspriceplan_asp.pdf)

Vendor File Availability Request for ASP ASP customers, use this form to tell BPIR Support which files you need to download. A technician will confirm file availability so you can update using the ASP-specific instructions at the bottom of the form. ASP users need to download and install PC AuthGate to run Approval Link. Please note that this is a large file, and may take a while to download. Download PC AuthGate (file: PCAuthGateInstall.exe)
