ASP Service FAQs

It's the same leading-edge software you'd install at your site, with all the cost-saving features you expect. The difference is that instead of owning a server with the software installed on it, you access your software through a web browser. Determining Which Pricing Plans to Load for ASP (pdf) Before you load an O/PUS update, you need to find out from your vendor which pricing plans you should load. Vendor File Availability Request for ASP ASP customers, use this form to tell BPIR Support which files you need to download. A technician will confirm file availability so you can update using the ASP-specific instructions at the bottom of the form.
