Understanding Summary Billing
You may have some customers who place frequent orders, but want to receive a single invoice for each billing period. The summary billing feature consolidates a number of orders into a single summary invoice. Silver Plus eNsite can build these summary invoices automatically for customers who need them. At the end of each billing period (once a month, for example), you generate summary billings for those customers.
This feature is particularly useful for schools, government agencies, or other customers who do place frequent orders, but want only monthly or semimonthly bills.
