About Viewing A/P Information in the President's Screens

The (PDB) President’s A/P screen keeps a cumulative total of all of your payables. Through the (PDB) screen, you can view your daily accounts payable totals. It includes fiscal year-to-date and daily figures, and you can also view business period and quarterly figures. Use this screen when you audit your accounts payable.
