Salesperson Tech Out of Office
Setting Up the Salesperson Tech Out of Office Dialog Box
Double-click

Select the salesperson for whom you are entering information. For instructions, see Selecting a Salesperson. To access the Salesperson Tech Out of Office dialog box, you must set up a salesperson as a technician. To do this, enter a T in the OW/S/T/F box in the Salesperson Technician tab and save your changes.
After you select the technician, click View and select Tech Out of Office.
The Tech Out of Office dialog box opens. To make changes in this dialog box, you must enter a password. Click File. Enter the password from the Serialized Parameters in the Posting Password box and press Enter.
When setting up parameters, set up the types of time off available and color coded the types. These color coded types appear at the bottom of the dialog box. An example is shown here.

To set up a new assignment, click

To delete an assignment, click

The bottom half of the dialog box shows the current date and technician. These boxes are color coded according to the time off that you select. You can scroll through these boxes using the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
When finished making assignments, click Save Time Assignment or click
