Reindexing the Salesperson Database
Reindexing recreates the index that links salesperson names with salesperson account numbers. Reindexing is necessary when you have difficulty retrieving salesperson records by name.
To reindex the salesperson database, go to the text-based (HY) Salesperson Master screen and select the [R] Reindex action code.
Notes: You can only reindex through the text-based (HY) screen. You must access the (HY) screen from TBL Client. This is a dedicated function. Be sure no one uses the system until this procedure is complete.
