Salesperson Window Definitions
In the Salesperson Tech Out of Office Dialog Box
Before you can view the Salesperson Tech Out of Office dialog box, you must set up a salesperson as a technician. To do this, enter a T in the OW/S/T/F box in the Salesperson Technician tab and save your changes.
After you select your technician in the Salesperson database, click View then select Tech Out of Office. To make changes in this dialog box, you must enter the password that you set in the Serialized Parameters in the Posting Password box. You access this box from the File menu.
