Replacing the Z-AUX File with the RZH-PURGE File

1. In the (Z) screen, select the [F4] Delete Single File function.

2. At the Enter File Name prompt, type Z-AUX.

3. In the Enter Unit # field, enter the serialized inventory volume serial where the Z-AUX file is stored.

4. At the Are You Sure prompt, type Y.

5. After the deletion is complete, copy the RZH-PURGE file to the serialized inventory volume serial by selecting the [C2] Copy Single File function from the (Z) screen.

6. At the Enter The File To Copy From prompt, type RZH-PURGE.

7. Tab to the Volume field and enter the volume serial that you specified earlier for the RZH-PURGE file.

8. At the Enter The File To Copy To prompt, type Z-AUX.

9. Tab to the Volume field and enter the serialized inventory volume serial.

10. At the Normal Copy, Recover Deleted Records prompt, type N to copy the file. The new Z-AUX file is created.
