Printing Standard Sales Reports

The Salesperson History Analysis Report shows the sales history for each salesperson. The default sort for this report is by salesperson name. There are no default limits. If you do not set limits, every salesperson in the database is included on the report.

  1. In the (UR) Sales Reports screen, select the [A] Salesman Master Report code.

  2. In the With Analysis field, type S.

  3. In the Sort field, press Tab.

  4. Using the Slsm From and To fields, you can limit the report to a range of salespeople. The Slsm From and To fields are the only limits that apply to this report.

    To include all salesperson records on the report, press Enter.

    To limit to a range of salespeople, enter the beginning range of salesperson numbers in the Slsm From field. If you enter fewer than four digits, press Tab. In the corresponding To field, enter the ending range of salesperson numbers to include.

  5. In the Loc field, press Tab.

  6. In the Printer field, enter the name of the printer to use.

Note: You must use wide paper or set your printer for compressed print (17 characters per inch) to print this report. To set your printer for compressed print, change the print setting manually. Refer to your printer manual for instructions.

  1. In the Copies field, enter the number of copies to print.

  2. In the Totals Only field, press Enter.

  3. In the File field, press Enter.

  4. In the Volume field, press Enter. The report prints.
