Printing Standard Sales Reports
Printing the Quarterly Customer Usage Report (Standard)
The Quarterly Customer Usage Report shows the number of items a customer has purchased during a specified quarter. For this report, the default sort is by customer, and information for each customer begins on a new page. There are no default limits.
This report only prints for customers whose status falls within the range specified in either the Monthly Usage From and To fields or the Quarterly Usage From and To fields in the (LA) Customer and A/R Parameters screen.
If an item has been assigned an alias number, the alias number prints instead of the item number. For more information, see Item Aliases.
The report also shows the total dollar amount sold during the quarter and for the year-to-date.
Note: It is important to keep inventory units of measure the same for an entire quarter to protect the integrity of this report.
You must build the file JOUR-U before printing this report. See Printing the Monthly Customer Usage Report (Standard).
Note: If you change a customer status code after the file JOUR-U is created, the customer remains in JOUR-U. All data put in JOUR-U remains there until the file is deleted. Therefore, even if a customer status has been changed, that customer is included in the report.
In the (UR) screen, select the [J] Quarterly Customer Usage Report code.
In the MTD Totals field, type N to exclude month-to-date totals. Go to Step 4.
