Printing the Quarterly Customer Usage Report (Custom)
The Quarterly Customer Usage Report shows the number of items a customer has purchased during a specified quarter. This report provides an alternative for customers who do not require usage reports on a monthly basis. You can also use it to provide a quarterly summation of purchases for customers who receive the Monthly Customer Usage Report.
The Quarterly Customer Usage Report only prints for customers whose status code falls within the range specified in either the Monthly Usage From and To fields or the Quarterly Usage From and To fields in the (LA) Customer And A/R Parameters screen. If you don't set limits, the report prints for all customers with status codes within those ranges.
This report sorts by customer, and information for each customer begins on a new page.
If an item has been assigned an alias number, the alias number prints instead of the item number. The report also shows the total dollar amount sold during the quarter and for the year-to-date.
Note: You must use wide paper or set your printer for compressed print (17 characters per inch) to print this report. To set your printer for compressed print, change the print setting manually. Refer to your printer manual for instructions.
