Printing Standard Serialized Reports

The Preventative Maintenance Report lists all the parts that you need to replace.

  1. In the (EZY) screen, type P in the Report field. The (EZYP) screen opens.

  2. In the Report field, type P.

  3. Use the Sort fields to specify how the report prints. You can accept the default by pressing Enter, or you can specify up the three different sorts.

To sort by system and subsystem number, press Enter and go to Step 5.

 

Type C to sort by contract.

 

Type S to sort by service type.

 

Type I to sort by item number.

 

Type Y to sort by territory.

 

Type N to sort by system and subsystem numbers.

 

Type E to sort by equipment type.

 

Type D to sort by contract date.

 

Type M to sort by next P/M date.

 

Type R to sort by projected P/M date.

 

Type A to sort by city.

 

Type B to sort by customer name.

 

Type H to sort by technician.

 

Type F to sort by yield.

 

Type P to sort by part item number.

 

Type T to sort by item department.

 

Type O to sort by stock class.

  1. Use the Break field to specify whether to begin a new page for each new group within the first sort. Suppose that you specified customer name as the first sort. If you set this field to Y, each new customer name begins on a new page. You can also print a subtotal at the end of the first sort.

Type Y to begin a new page for each new group within the first sort.

 

Type N (default) to print without page breaks for each new group.

 

Type S to print a subtotal at the end of the sort (without a page break).

  1. When the cursor moves to the Sys # From field, you can begin setting limits for the report.

If you are setting no limits, press Enter until the cursor moves to the Format field. Go to Step 6.

 

To limit the calls, tab to the appropriate fields for each limit to set. Enter the beginning of the range to include in the From field, and enter the end of the range in the corresponding To field. When limiting to a single value, you can enter the value in the From field and leave the To field blank. For a call to be included, it must meet all the limits you set.

  1. The cursor moves to the Format field.

Type C to generate preventive maintenance calls and print the Preventive Maintenance Report.

 

Type T (default) to print the To Be Serviced Report.

 

Type P to generate preventive maintenance calls, print the Preventive Maintenance Report, and print problem tickets for the calls.

  1. In the Low Stock field, press Tab.

  2. In the Printer field, enter the name of the printer to use.

  3. In the Copies field, enter the number of copies to print.

  4. Use the Totals Only field to exclude detail from the report.

Type Y to print totals only.

 

Type N to print detail and totals.

  1. The cursor moves to the date field in the upper right corner. This date determines which calls are included. This field defaults to the system date, but you can change it. Specify a new date, or press Enter to accept the default.

  2. At the Are You Sure prompt, type Y. The report prints.
