Printing Standard Order Entry Reports

This report lets you see expiring contracts. It is sorted by salesperson, so each can easily locate his or her contracts. This report is not available on all systems. For more information, contact ECi Sales.

  1. In the (TR) Order Entry Reports screen, type 2 in the Report field.

  2. When the (TR2) Order Entry Reports window opens, type A in the Report field.

  3. In the Enter Ending Date field, enter the expiration date of contracts to print. Enter the date in mm/dd/yy format. For example, for contracts ending in March, type Ø331Ø3. Do not separate the date with backslashes. They are added automatically.

  4. Enter the location in the Location field.

  5. In the Printer field, enter the name of the printer to use.

  6. At the Are You Sure prompt, type Y.
