Printing Standard Sales Reports

You can maintain up to 24 months of sales history and budget figures for your customers. If you have customers that need to track not only their purchases, but see how well they are staying within their budgets, the Budgeted Usage Report is the answer. This report not only lists the customer's monthly expenditures, but compares them against their budgeted amounts.

You can print this report if:

  1. In the (UR) screen, select the [J] Quarterly Customer Usage Report code.

  2. In the MTD Totals field, type X.

  3. In the Separate Depts field, type Y.

  4. At the Enter Month To Use For Budget prompt, enter the number of the month, as listed in the Customer History Monthly Budgets tab, to use to calculate the budgeted usage amounts. To accept the default month, press Tab.

  5. In the Sort fields, press Tab. These fields do not apply. The report sorts by customer name, customer department, and item number.

  6. Use the Cust From and To fields to limit the report by customer number. Enter the range of customer numbers to include.

To limit by the range entered in the Quarterly Usage From and To fields in the (LA) screen, press Enter.
