Changing the Body of an Inventory Report

You use the History/Detail subscreen to sort, limit, and add detail when printing inventory reports in the (R) Inventory Selectors screen. It has three records. The History Record and Yearly Totals Record come from the Inventory History window. For information, see In the Item History History Tab.

 

The remaining record, the Manufacturing, Wholesale, Pricing Record, displays totals from the file I-AUX. The totals in these fields are calculated using information from the Inventory tab in the Item History window.

 

You can use the following fields to specify, set limits or add detail.

 

On Hand Extended Totals

On Order Extended Totals

Backordered Extended Totals

Allocated Extended Totals

Min/Max Low

Min/Max Ovr

Min/Max Orderl

Min/Max Ordero

Cycle Low

Cycle Ovr

Cyc Ordl

Cyc Ordo
