Changing the Body of a Serialized Report

A printed report consists of several elements: the title, the company logo, column or field headings, and the body of the report. The body contains the customer name, customer account number, or other information that makes up the actual report. In the body of the report, you can:

• Change sorts

• Change limits

• Add detail.

The Serial Master Record from the (EZG) screen (Machine Detail Machine Master tab) displays, along with the Serial Aux Record information stored in the Z-AUX file. Use the Serial Master record to report on current information. Use the Serial Aux record to report on service call data stored in the Z-AUX file.
