Launching the Automated Short-Buy

  1. In the DDMS Master Menu, double-click graphics\KEYOPMENUICON16.gif.

  2. In the Keyop Menu, double-click graphics\PARAMETERS_ICON16.gif.

  3. In the Parameter Editor window, click Text Base Parameters.

  4. In the (L) Parameters screen, type F in the Selection Code field. The (LF) Purchase Order Parameters screen opens

  5. Type A in the Action field. The (LFA) Automated Short-Buy Menu screen opens.

  6. Type 2 in the Selection Code field. The (LFA2) screen opens.

  7. Type I in the Action field.

  8. In the Location field, enter the general ledger location, or press Tab to accept the default.

  9. The current launcher settings display. When you finish, press Enter to return to the (LFA) screen.
