Using Specials Screens

  1. Double-click graphics\KEYOPMENUICON16.gif.

  2. From the Keyop Menu, double-click graphics\SPECIALSICON16.gif.

  3. The (+) Specials Programs screen appears. Type V in the Enter Program Request field.

  4. The (+V) DataTran Utility Program Screen appears with the cursor in the Requested Action field. Type J.

  5. The (+VJ) Setting Up Multiple Text Based IDs screen opens with the cursor in the Action field. Type A to add a terminal.

  6. In the Terminal ID field, type the terminal to set up.

  7. In the Text Based ID field, assign an ID for the terminal you specified above. The ID is the letter (G to Z) that you assigned in the Approval Link Config program.

  8. At the Are You Sure prompt, type Y to enter the ID.

  9. To add more terminals, repeat the above steps. When you are finished, press Esc twice to return to the (+V) screen.
