Using Specials Screens

Using the (+EW) Screen

1. Double-click .

2. From the Keyop Menu, double-click .

3. The (+) Specials Programs screen appears. Type E in the Enter Program Request field.

4. The (SPE) Special Item Screen appears with the cursor in the Action field. To convert items to multiple units of measure, type W.

5. In the By Item field, type Y (yes) or N (no) in the By Item field to open the (+EW) screen.

6. The (SPE) Special Item Selector screen appears. In the Special Item Selector screen, you limit the items to convert by entering a range to include in the conversion. You can limit by any of the fields in this screen. You enter the beginning of the range(s) in the From fields on the left side of the screen and the end of the range(s) in the To fields on the right side of the screen. When you finish setting limits, press Enter.
