Using Specials Screens

Using the (+Q) Screen

1. Double-click .

2. From the Keyop Menu, double-click .

3. The (+) Specials Programs screen appears. Type Q in the Enter Program Request field.

4. The Modify JOUR-S Records Screen appears with the cursor in the Action field.
   
   To change journals from one date to another, type C. Go to Changing Journals from One Date to Another.
   
   To move information to another sales journal, type M. Go to Moving Information to Another Sales Journal.
   
   To transfer sales to another customer, type T. Go to Transferring Sales to Another Customer.
   
   To modify JOUR-P paid commission file, type P. Go to Modifying the JOUR-P Paid Commission File.
