Using Specials Screens

  1. To reset the on-hand and allocated quantities so they match your bin quantities, go to the (+E) Special Item screen and select the [U] Reset OnHand/Alloc From Bins option.

  2. The system displays the This Program Will Reset the I-AUX On-hand And Allocated Quantities for Multiple Bin Items From The I-AUX-BIN File For This Location [ X] message.

    If the correct location is displayed, press Enter.

    If the correct location is not displayed, enter the correct location number.

  3. When you enter the location or press Enter to accept the default, the system displays the Are You Sure prompt. If you do not need to reset the quantities for this location, press Enter or type N. The cursor returns to the location field, so that you can enter another.

    To reset the on-hand and allocated quantities, type Y.

  4. When the program is complete, the system displays the Multiple Bin Records Read [ XX] I-AUX Records Written [ YY] messages.

Note: In the above messages, the Xs are replaced by the number of multiple bin records that were read, and the Ys are replaced by the number of I-AUX records written.

  1. To return to the Master Menu, press Esc until the system displays that screen.
