Setting (LFA1) Screen Parameters

From the Keyop Menu, double-click

In the Parameter Editor window, double-click Text Base Parameters.
The (L) Parameters screen opens. Select the [F] Purchase Orders action code.
In the (LF) screen, select the [A] AutoSB action code.
From the (LFA) Automated Short-Buy Menu, select the [1] Vendor action code.
The (LFA1) screen opens, and the cursor moves to the action code field. Select the [C] Chg action code.
In the Call Number field, enter the number of the call number to create or change, or press Tab to accept the default, call number 1. If you enter a one-digit call number, press Tab.
Note: When you are creating a new call number, enter the number for the call number to be. Do not enter the number of an existing call number.
The system displays the first subscreen of the (LFA1) screen, with the cursor in the Parameter Screen field. If you are creating a new call number, the fields in the screen default to the responses for the last call number listed in the (LFA1) Vendor Call Number Master screen. The Call Number field displays the call number that these parameters are for.
Set or change the following fields to accurately reflect the way for the system to handle the purchase orders to this wholesaler at the specific time this call number is for. For a description of the fields, see In the (LFA1) Screen. Use the following instructions for cursor movement in this screen:
To move the cursor ahead one field, press Tab.
To clear a field, press the Spacebar, and then press Tab.
To move the cursor back one field, press Backspace.
When you finish setting or changing the fields in one subscreen, press Enter until the next subscreen is displayed. You can also press Esc at any time to move back to a previous subscreen. For the system to save your changes, you must move the cursor past all three subscreens, so that the system redisplays the original (LFA1) Vendor Call Number Master screen finish changing parameters in the first subscreen.
