Serialized Return Reasons Parameters

You can set up fifteen different return reasons to use when returning an item in order entry.

Note: This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECi sales.

1. To set up return reasons, double-click Serialized.

2. Click Return Reasons.

3. The Return Reason 01-15 text boxes open. Use these text boxes to enter return reasons.  

4. Serialized now appears in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.

Note: To abandon all changes, click . It lets you restore the previously saved version without exiting the Parameter Editor window.
