Serialized Demo Picker Parameters

Use these text boxes to set up default technician codes for demo picker parameters. Demo picker allows you to track machines given out to customers without putting the machine on an invoice. After the trial period, the machine either changes ownership to the customer or returns to inventory.

Note: This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECi sales.

  1. From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Serialized.

  2. Double-click Demo Picker.

  3. Click Techs. Enter technician codes in the following text boxes.

    Delivery WO Tech
    Network WO Tech
    Pickup WO Tech
    Setup WO Tech

  4. Serialized now appears in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click SAVE-SMALL16.gif to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.

Note: To abandon all changes, click UNDO.gif. It lets you restore the previously saved version without exiting the Parameter Editor window.
