Serialized Demo Picker Call Codes Parameters

Use these text boxes to set up default call codes for demo picker parameters. Demo picker allows you to track machines given out to customers without putting the machine on an invoice. After the trial period, the machine either changes ownership to the customer or returns to inventory.

Note: This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECi sales.

The call codes entered in these text boxes are used in Serialized Order Entry. In order entry, you can select which type of work order to create. You can also set up fifteen different Return Reasons in the Serialized Parameters to use when returning an item in order entry.

1. From the Parameter Editor window, double-click Serialized.

2. Double-click Demo Picker.

3. Click Call Codes. Enter call codes in the following text boxes.
   
   Delivery WO Call Code
   Network WO Call Code
   Pickup WO Call Code
   Setup WO Call Code

4. Serialized now appears in bold in the Parameter Editor window. Click to save your changes or when you exit the Parameters screens, you are prompted to save your changes.

Note: To abandon all changes, click . It lets you restore the previously saved version without exiting the Parameter Editor window.
