Resetting Customer Hits
Hits are the number of invoices created for the customer. The number of hits for a customer is displayed in the Customer History window. For more information, go to Customer History.
You can use the (+A) Special Customer screen to reset the number of hits for a customer to one. For details on these fields, see In the (+A) Screen.
Note: When you reset the number of hits, only the year-to-date hits are changed. The month-to-date hits are not affected.
Go to the (+A) screen and select the [Z] Zero Hits action code.
The cursor moves to the Customer From field. In the Customer From/To fields, you can specify a range of customer account numbers to be included in the modifications. This limits the changes to a particular group of customers.

The cursor moves to the Credit Limit $ field in the Select On column. The fields in the Select On column can also be used for additional limits. For example, to limit to customer records that are assigned a status code C, enter C in the Status field in the Select On column; press Tab to go past the Change To column.
To set additional limits, tab to any field in the Select On column to use to limit your deletions. Enter the appropriate setting and press Tab to go past the Change To column. To move the cursor back, press the Backspace key. To clear a field, press the Spacebar.
Note: You can limit by selecting fields in the Select On column. The Change To column applies only when using the [C] Change action code.
To skip setting additional limits, press Enter.
After you set limits, or move the cursor past the limit fields, the Are You Sure prompt appears. To reset hits for all specified customers, type Y. The system resets all of the records that meet the limits you set. When all of the records have been reset, the cursor returns to the action code field.
