Using the (+R) Screen

  1. In the (+R) Special Release Programs screen, select the [E] Release President Records action code.

  2.  The system displays the This Program Will Release All President Files message at the top of the screen. In addition, the Are You Sure prompt appears at the bottom of the screen. To release all president records, press Enter or type Y. The system releases all president records and the cursor returns to the (+) screen.
