Setting Parameters

  1. Double-click graphics\KEYOPMENUICON16.gif.

  2. From the Keyop Menu, double-click graphics\PARAMETERS_ICON16.gif.

  3. In the Parameter Editor window, click Text Base Parameters.

  4. The (L) Parameters screen opens. Select the [F] Purchase Orders action code.

  5. In the (LF) screen, select the [A] AutoSB action code.

  6. When the (LFA) Automated Short-Buy Menu opens, select the [1] Vendor action code.

  7. The (LFA1) screen opens, and the cursor moves to the action code field. Select the [D] Delete action code.

  8. The cursor moves to the Call Number field. Enter the number of the call number to delete, or press Tab to accept the default, call number 1. If you enter a one-digit call number, press Tab.

  9. The system displays the Are You Sure message. To delete the specified call number, type Y. The system deletes the call number, and the cursor returns to the action code field.
