From the Keyop Menu, double-click

In the Parameter Editor window, click Text Base Parameters.
The (L) Parameters screen opens. Select the [7] Compensation action code.
The Compensation or Level Parameters prompt appears. Type C.
The system displays the (L7) screen, and the cursor moves to the action code field. Select the [X] Copy action code.
The system displays the Copy From Loc Slsm To message. The cursor moves to the first Loc field. Enter the G/L location of the table from which to copy.
When the cursor moves to the first Slsm field, specify the salespersons for which to copy compensation table information.
To copy the global compensation table, leave the Slsm and the corresponding To field blank.
To copy a compensation table for a range of salespersons, enter the first salesperson number in the range in the Slsm field, and the last salesperson number in the corresponding To field.
To copy a compensation table for a specific salesperson, enter that salesperson number in the first field and press Enter.
After you specify the salespersons, the cursor moves to the Loc field in the Copy To line. Enter the location to which to copy the table.
The cursor moves to the first Slsm field in the same line. Specify the range of salesperson numbers to which to apply this compensation table.
To create a global compensation table, leave this and the corresponding To field blank.
To create a compensation table for a range of salespersons, enter the first salesperson number in the range in the Slsm field, and the last salesperson number in the corresponding To field.
To create a compensation table for a specific salesperson, enter that salesperson number in the first field and press Enter.
After specify the salesperson range for an existing table in the Copy To line, the system displays the Xeroxing to a Table That Exists message. To replace the existing table with the one(s) you are copying, type Y.
At the Are You Sure message, type Y to copy the specified table(s). The system copies the table(s) you specified to the location you specified and the cursor returns to the action code field.
