In the Outstanding Item on P/O Dialog Box

You can see if there is an open purchase order that includes the item you’re viewing in the Item database.

• From the Item window, click . The system displays any outstanding purchase orders for the current item.

• You can also access this dialog box when creating a purchase order. To open this dialog box from Purchase Order Entry, select a purchase order, highlight an item and click .
