Deleting Item Remarks

Double-click $graphics\INVENTORYICON16.gif$ . The Item window opens displaying the information for the last item selected.

Tip: Click the Location box and enter the location for the item, if it is not already displayed. If the Location box is not displayed in the toolbar, right-click the toolbar and select Location.

Select the item for which to delete remarks. If you need instructions, see Selecting an Item.
Click the Remarks tab.
Click the remark to delete. Make sure you click the correct remark before going to the next step.
Click Delete. The remark is immediately deleted with no warnings.
Before you leave the Remark box, click $graphics\SAVE-SMALL16.gif$ to save your changes.
