Copying Item Aliases

You can copy item aliases from one group of aliases to another. For example, you have a customer alias that you need to also use as a common alias, simply copy the customer alias to the common alias group.

1. From the Item database, click . The Item Alias dialog box opens.

2. Select the type of alias to copy under the Alias Types headings. You can copy customer aliases, common aliases, UPC aliases, or Print aliases. Depending on which type of alias you are copying, click on the topic below.
