Item History Concepts

The Item History Inventory tab contains inventory usage information. This information is stored in the I-AUX file.

 

You can set up separate inventory usage information for each inventory location. This is especially useful for keeping different bin locations and min/max values for each location. The other information in the Item History Inventory tab is maintained automatically.

 

Note: When adjusting quantities, be aware that it is best if you do not make changes to items during business hours. If an order taker is placing an order for an item, and at the same time another employee is making changes to the item, the item information is protected. An item cannot be ordered while changes are being made to it.
