In the (PDD) Screen
The (PDD) President Bank Totals screen displays bank totals. When you enter this screen, the totals for fiscal year-to-date are displayed in the YTD column. The daily totals are displayed in the DAILY column. The daily totals are for the date that is displayed in the MM/DD/YY field. The totals in this screen can also be viewed for business period totals or quarterly totals. To view different totals, you enter the options from the bottom of the screen. Note: When you choose M [Period], the Daily column is replaced by the Period column. The Period column displays totals for the business period you specify. When you choose Q [Quarterly], the Daily column is replaced by the Qtr column. The Qtr column displays totals for the quarter you specify.
The fiscal year-to-date totals in this screen are stored in the file PR-BA-YTD. The daily totals are stored in the file PR-BA-DAY.
