Customer History

The (+A) Special Customer screen performs many functions that cannot be performed elsewhere in the system and is designed to help you maintain your database. Among its many capabilities, the (+A) screen lets you make mass changes and deletions to the customer history database.

 

You should perform a backup before any mass changes or deletions are performed.
