Customer Basic Procedures

  1. Double-click graphics\CUSTOMERICON16.gif. The Customer window opens, displaying the information for the last customer used.

  2. When the Customer window opens, retrieve the customer. For details, see Selecting a Customer.

  3. Click the Shipto/Attention tab.

  4. There are several ways to add a new shipping address:

  5. Right-click the cursor in the Shipto box and select Add Shipto

  6. Click the Shipto/Attn menu and click Add Shipto

  7. Type Ctrl + G

  8. Click graphics\ADDSHIPTO16.gif.

  1. A blank line appears. Fill in the boxes with the appropriate information. For information about the boxes, see In the Customer Shipto/Attention Tab.

Note: You must click each box or use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move between boxes.

  1.  Click graphics\SAVE-SMALL16.gif to save the changes.

Note: You can also search for a Shipto by clicking FIND_A_RECORD16.gif in the Shipto portion of the tab. In this dialog box, you can sort by dragging and rearranging the columns.
