About Shipping Addresses
A shipping address or shipto address indicates where a customer wants his orders delivered. This address might differ from a customer’s billing address because some customers might want orders delivered to a central warehouse. Others use multiple delivery locations. DDMS's flexibility easily accommodates these demands.
You enter a customer’s billing address in the Customer Master tab. You enter shipping address information in the Customer Shipto/Attention tab.
