National Drop Ship

The National Drop Ship feature allows your wholesaler to ship orders directly to your customers in an efficient way to provide quick service by covering distances electronically. You can flag a customer account or an individual order to default in Order Entry to be drop shipped. This order can then be transmitted to the wholesaler as part of a P/O with no special handling. Based on the customer's zip code, the wholesaler routes the order to the distribution center nearest the delivery destination. The order is then filled and shipped directly to the customer. By providing next-day delivery service to your customers, you can sell to national accounts and still give the same level of service that any branch would receive from a local source.
