How Does RouteTrak Work?

  • Create manifests as usual
  • Place RouteTrak handheld unit(s) in cradle—automatically triggers "sync"
  • RouteTrak prepares and transfers data from DDMS to handheld unit(s)
  • Drivers make deliveries, then capture signatures and delivery information using the handheld unit
  • When drivers return, they simply place their handheld unit in the cradle; this triggers a data upload to your DDMS business system.
