SYNNEX PSN: Three Easy Steps

To start communicating with SYNNEX via PSN, follow these steps:

1) Get an ID and Password from SYNNEX

Any SYNNEX authorised reseller who uses a DDMS business system can use the SYNNEX PSN service.

If you are not yet a SYNNEX customer, contact Bob Michelsen, Sales Manager at 1-888-223-1164, ext 5540. You will need an ID and password for secure access to the PSN SYNNEX service.

If you're already an authorized reseller, you still need an ID and password for the PSN SYNNEX service. To obtain them, click the link for the appropriate region below, then complete and submit the online form:

2) Sign up for the SYNNEX PSN Service.

If you are not using PSN, follow the steps for starting a new PSN account.

If you currently use PSN with other vendors, contact your vendor for the appropriate login ID and password and follow the setup instructions according to the vendor's PSN documentation.

3) Load the SYNNEX Item File

The SYNNEX item file is now included with the O/PUS® OPdb database. For details, please see the O/PUS FYI² Notes (pdf file)
