Request Setup of PSN Monitor
What is PSN Monitor?
The PSN Monitor is an administrative tool that enables you
to monitor and review PSN transactions utilizing your ECi
e-commerce system (Dealer Station® DDMS Edition, is.D-Force,
etc.). You can see at a glance the number of successful transactions,
as well as those that were incomplete or failed. The PSN Totals
page gives you an overview of all your transactions: Internet
purchases, stock checks, price checks, and acknowledgments.
Reports can be broken down by transaction type or vendor and
limited to the current date, or show all transactions for
the month-to-date. The PSN Transactions page shows details
about each transaction, including items on the P/O.
Since the PSN Monitor is a Web-based application, it is not
included in your software update; it must be set up on the
servers in our hosting center. All customers using the ECi
PSN can request setup of the PSN Monitor using the form below.
- If you already have an ECi Web storefront such as
Dealer Station® DDMS Edition, the PSN Monitor will be
activated, and a PSN Monitor button will appear on your
Dealer Station Admin page.
- If you are using ECi PSN services but do not have
an ECi Web storefront, we will set up a PSN Monitor
site for you. This site will enable you to monitor your
PSN transactions, but will have no e-commerce capabilities. While
hosting services for your Web storefront are included in
your monthly fee, there will be a modest, one-time fee to
cover the costs of setting up your new Web site.
- If you are using ECi PSN services but do not currently
have an ECi Web storefront, we will set up a PSN Monitor
site for you. This site will enable you to monitor your
PSN transactions, but will have no e-commerce capabilities.
- You will also need to work with your telephone company
and an Internet service provider to set up a dedicated
Internet connection and static IP address, and to obtain
appropriate communication hardware (a modem, router,
etc.).

To setup PSN Monitor, follow these steps:
1) Complete the form below, indicating
what Web Storefront you are using, if any.
We will send you a confirmation message, using the email
address you specify below. Depending on your other request
form entries, we may contact you for more information. Once
your PSN Monitor is set up, we will inform you.
2) Print or download the appropriate documentation.
When you submit this form, you'll see a page with additional
information, including a link to the documentation. Please
download or print the documentation.

we'll be using the information you submit to update your PSN
