Get Started With PSN
To get started with ECi PSN services, follow these
steps:
1) Meet the requirements for general
PSN services
You'll need:
- a DDMS server that meets system requirements.
- the latest released DDMS business system software.
- a broadband connection to the Internet.
Due to the ever-evolving
nature of the PSN, the latest released version
is required for new DDMS customer installations. DDMS customers can download the latest software update from the ECi Customer Support Portal (https://support.eci2.com).
2) Meet the requirements
for each vendor
For the O/PUS PSN:
- O/PUS PSN services let you download the OPdb multi-vendor catalog database (updated quarterly) and vendor pricing files (some updated as much as daily). If you do not already have an O/PUS BPIR account set up for the PSN, you will need it to set up the (+IFI) ID screen.
To request your (+IFI) screen account ID to download O/PUS pricing files via PSN, please email opus@ecisolutions.com.

For all other vendors:
- Contact each vendor with whom you will be communicating
via PSN, and ask them for setup information. They will provide
you with a customer code that you will need later in the
setup process.
