Starting a New PSN Account
To get started with ECI² PSN services, follow these
steps:
1) Meet the requirements for general
PSN services
Load the latest released software. Due to the ever-evolving
nature of the PSN, we require the latest released version
for new installations.
When we activate your PSN account, we will determine if you
need a software update to communicate via PSN with the vendors
you have selected. If you do need an update, we will notify
you by email, and ship you the software.
2) Meet the requirements
for each vendor
For the O/PUS PSN:
- O/PUS PSN services let you download the OPdb multi-vendor catalog database (updated quarterly) and vendor pricing files (some updated as much as daily). If you select
O/PUS in the PSN form below, O/PUS will create
an O/PUS ID and password for you, and send them to the email
address you specify below. The email will also include complete
instructions for setting up the O/PUS PSN service and downloading
item files.

For all other vendors:
- Contact each vendor with whom you will be communicating
via PSN, and ask them for setup information. They will provide
you with a customer code that you will need later in the
setup process.
3) Complete the PSN form, so we can activate
your account.
- When you submit this form, you'll see a page with additional
information, including a link to the documentation. Please
download or print the documentation.
- We will send you a confirmation message, using the email
address you specify below. This message includes the PSN
privacy
policy. You must sign and fax us this policy before
we can activate your account. After we activate your account,
we will notify you by email.
- Please complete every field on this form;
we'll be using the information you submit to set up your
PSN account (and to ship any necessary software update).
