Right-click on the file name.
 

If you use Internet Explorer, select Save Target As

If you use Netscape Navigator, select Save Link As

The Save As Window appears, with your default download folder selected.

To download the file in this folder, click Save.

To download the file to a different folder, navigate to the correct folder, and click Save.
