ECi DDMS Technical Support is available during regular business hours in Fort Worth, Texas, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
24/7 Support Services are available on a billable basis outside of regular business hours, 7 days a week.
Holiday Closures
ECi facilities will close on the nearest weekday to observe the following U.S. national holidays:
- New Year's Day (Friday, Jan. 1, 2010)
- Memorial Day (Monday, May 31, 2010)
- Independence Day (Monday, July 5, 2010)
- Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 6, 2010)
- Thanksgiving Days (Thursday and Friday, Nov. 25-26, 2010)
- Christmas Eve & Day (shift to Thursday and Friday, Dec. 23-24, 2010)
- New Year's Day (shift to Friday, Dec. 31, 2010)
